2. Delivery Process
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are complete and accurate, including apartment numbers or special instructions, to help avoid delays.
3. Failed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to deliver your order because of:

a parcel that cannot be left safely,

the recipient being unavailable to collect it,
your parcel may be redirected to a local pickup point or returned to us.
If the parcel is returned, the refund will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy, with the actual return shipping cost deducted from the refund. This may be higher than the original flat shipping fee.
